Vegetarian food is a food of vegetables and fruits. vegetarian food is no meat at all.
By vegetarian food there are strengths and weaknesses are as follows:
The strengths are vegetarian food have a lot of fiber, have unsaturated fat and have many phytochemicals.
The weakness is vegetarian food have less protein, it may have many toxins and vegetable and fruit may have not enough vitamin B12, vitamin D, zinc and iron.
In conclusion vegetarian food it has strengths is food have a lot of fiber and weaknesses is food have less protein.
